Meet Lori Fredrics - Opera Singer / Jazz Singer / Pop Vocalist / and Vocal Instructor

After seven years of legit style vocal training under numerous teachers, Lori has proven to be a vocal goddess for me.  It's amazing how much she has changed my voice in less than a year's time training with her in the Bel Canto style.  


I am so happy to share this amazing artist and performer with all of you.

Jambalaya!  “The Event for all Artists” offers creative and exciting opportunities to network and connect with all types of people, businesses, and artists while having a super enjoyable evening.

Named after the spicy Louisiana Creole dish, Jambalaya is meant to promote a variety of independent artists, businesses and their work, inviting a grand mixture into the network.   Founder and Producer Liz Tapia along with Co-Founder and Entertainment Attorney Bryan Zeigler, decided that Jambalaya was the perfect name for such a diverse company and truly encompasses all of the wonderful ingredients creating our fabulous stew.

Our Story

Although first developed as an artist performance and networking showcase in 2007, Jambalaya’s mission expanded to invite businesses that support the media and entertainment industry to enter the arena.  

We found that not only media and entertainment companies were interested, but all types of businesses truly enjoyed this exciting atmosphere, and the opportunity to market to artists and the masses that support them.  Our next event was a fine mixture of ingredients from record labels to a computer consulting firm, all enjoying networking in this new format.

Being able to network and connect with others is a key to success when owning your own business, and that includes our event company.  Jambalaya lets you be a part of this fantastic new adventure in an affordable yet exciting environment!

Our Business Segment is a Huge Success!

We have developed a unique personality and style of our own, offering three wonderful packages filled with plenty of ingredients to ensure a successful networking program.

Each package offers plenty of ways to network, promote, and connect, making the most of all the tools available to achieve success, such as:

• Opportunities to get up on stage and pitch companies to a diverse audience
• A super friendly atmosphere including cocktails and desserts, while connecting with others
